1) Who we are

verixion.com (the "Site") is operated by Verixion Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Verixion", "we"), registered in Türkiye (MERSIS: 0924115148800001). Company details, including those of Verixion LLC — a separate U.S. entity that does not operate this Site — are on our Legal page. By accessing or using the Site, you are deemed to have read these Terms and agree to comply with the provisions applicable to your use of the Site.

2) The Site is informational

The Site presents Verixion's services and selected work. Content is provided "as is" and for general information; it is not professional advice and does not constitute a binding offer. We may change or remove content, or suspend the Site, at any time without notice. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the Site is error-free or uninterrupted.

3) Client engagements

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between Verixion and the client. These Terms govern only the use of the Site; in case of conflict, the written agreement prevails for the engagement it covers.

4) Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and the Verixion name and logo belong to Verixion or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for ordinary informational purposes; you may not copy it at scale, scrape it, or use it to build competing materials without our written consent. Third-party names, trademarks and logos, if displayed, belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify relevant clients, projects or integrations, unless otherwise stated. 5) Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, probe or overload its infrastructure, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6) Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verixion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on the Site and forms part of these Terms.

9) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules under applicable law, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Site.

10) Changes and severability

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
