Privacy Policy

1) Who we are

verixion.com (the "Site") is operated by Verixion Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Verixion", "we"), a company registered in Türkiye (MERSIS: 0924115148800001), with its registered address at Kızılay Mah. İzmir 2 Cad. No: 34 İç Kapı No: 307, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. For the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Verixion is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site.

Verixion LLC is a separate legal entity registered in the United States; it does not operate this Site. Details of both entities are available on our Legal page.

2) What this Site collects

The Site is intentionally minimal:

  • No accounts or comments. The Site has no login, account registration, or comment features. You may contact us through the contact form on the Site's /contact page or by emailing info@verixion.com.
  • Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message content you provide. Form submissions are routed through our automation workflow (n8n), recorded in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) for record-keeping, and notified to our team through Slack.
  • Analytics and cookies. We do not use cookie-based analytics or analytics that track individual visitors; our hosting infrastructure provides cookieless, aggregate performance measurement (Vercel Analytics). The Site uses a functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference.
  • Server logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical access data — IP address, browser/user-agent, requested pages, referrer, and timestamps — to deliver the Site and keep it secure.

How data is collected. Personal data is collected electronically: through automatic technical server logs created when you access the Site, through the contact form when you submit it, and through email correspondence when you contact info@verixion.com.

3) Email correspondence

If you email info@verixion.com, we process the personal data you choose to include (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) to respond to you, evaluate potential engagements, and keep ordinary business records. If you contact us through the form on the /contact page, we process the personal data you provide there (your name, email address, and message content) to record and track your inquiry, route it internally to the relevant team members, and respond to you. Please do not send sensitive personal data by email.

4) Purposes and legal bases

We process the data above to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to respond to inquiries and conduct pre-contract steps; and to comply with legal obligations. The legal bases under KVKK Art. 5 are our legitimate interests, the establishment or performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a visitor, we rely on the equivalent bases.

5) Sharing and international transfer

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure — website hosting (Vercel) and business email (Google Workspace). Contact-form submissions are additionally processed through our self-hosted automation workflow (n8n), hosted on Hetzner (Germany): submissions are recorded in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and an internal notification is sent through Slack. Google Workspace, Slack, and the Hetzner (Germany) infrastructure hosting our automation workflow operate outside Türkiye. These providers may process data on servers located outside Türkiye, which may constitute an international transfer of personal data under KVKK. Such transfers are carried out only where permitted under KVKK Article 9 and applicable secondary legislation — including, where applicable, an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, or another lawful transfer mechanism available under KVKK. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6) Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the matter at hand and thereafter as required by Turkish commercial and tax legislation. Contact-form submissions, including the records kept in Google Sheets, are retained on the same basis as email correspondence. Server logs are retained for a limited period under our hosting provider's standard retention practice and our security needs.

7) Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask us whether we process your personal data, and request information, correction, deletion or destruction, object to certain processing, and request compensation for unlawful processing. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email info@verixion.com with the subject "Data Subject Request". We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (30 days under KVKK).

This Privacy Policy is provided in English for convenience. A Turkish version may also be published for users in Türkiye. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Turkish versions, the Turkish version shall prevail to the extent the processing is subject to Turkish law.

8) Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9) Changes

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. If we add cookie-based analytics or analytics that track individual visitors, other tracking tools, embedded third-party services, or new non-essential cookies, this Policy will be updated before or at the time those changes go live.
